Client-editable fields on an ExternalEventSubscription. Currently only
webhookUri — the outgoing delivery URL. All other fields are managed by
the server (status transitions, incoming URL, state data, etc.).
webhookUri must parse as a valid URL (or be empty to unset). The server
additionally rejects non-HTTP(S) schemes and hostnames resolving to
private / loopback / link-local ranges at delivery time (SSRF guard).
